Enterprise Data Management Traineeship

**Your Impact**:
As an Enterprise Data Management consultant, you will dive into the world of data and processes. You'll help clients manage this to support their business strategy and work data-driven. You are the glue between the business and the purely technical IT, relying on both soft and technical skills.

Through workshops, you'll help clients establish their business definitions. You provide insights into what data is available where. You will also use industry leading technologies to map data lineage, etcetera. In short, you make data and data processes understandable and manageable.

**Where you're going to get started**:
During the young professionals program you will be prepared in less than 6 weeks to take on your first client assignment successfully. Through an exciting bootcamp you will be intensively coached by a team of experienced experts in the areas of SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Data Modeling, Enterprise Data Management and Collibra. During the bootcamp we also pay extensive attention to the necessary soft skills. So you will be speaking the customer's language in no time

**This is you**:
Within Data Foundation & Strategy, we help our clients become intelligent, data-driven organizations. As a consultant you will end up in several sectors with the aim to implement and guide our portfolio of data services. We work for major players in finance, pharma, industry and government to support business and IT in the realization of projects and programs across the entire data value chain. This can involve projects within data architecture, data strategy and governance, data transformation, data foundation projects, and so on.

Who we’re looking for
- You have recently obtained or will obtain in the near future a professional bachelor or master's degree in applied computer science, computer science, engineering or similar fields
- Masters in economics, business informatics, finance, insurance, risk management, etc. with a passion for informatics and/or a first experience with data management and data-driven processes are also welcome
- You are passionate about data as a whole; both from a technical and functional perspective
- You can both dive into code to research something and talk to a business user to understand their challenges
- You like IT but also like human contact
- You work in a structured way and enjoy providing order and insights
- Experience with databases, data modeling and data driven processes is a plus
- Experience with T-SQL, Collibra and Azure is a plus
- You are a good communicator and a team player
- You enjoy learning and taking yourself and others to the next level
