**Nous recherchons un Customer Service Advisor -Solide opportunité de carrière.**

Vous êtes orienté client et maîtrisez l'anglais et le néerlandais ? Ce poste de Customer Service Advisor vous offre l’opportunité de mettre vos compétences linguistiques à profit

Vos responsabilités principales incluront:

- Répondre aux questions liées aux commandes, aux livraisons et à la facturation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements Ventes, Marketing, Logistique et Finance pour fournir des réponses complètes dès le premier contact.
- Assurer un service de qualité

**Profil**

Vous êtes le profil idéal pour ce poste si vous répondez aux critères suivants:

- Vous maîtrisez le français, l'anglais ET le néerlandais (oral et écrit).
- Vous avez un esprit orienté client et un grand sens du service
- Vous avez des bonnes connaissances de MS Office et de SAP
- Vous êtes capable de rester calme sous pression et de vous adapter rapidement.
