**About the role**

Malt Belgium is growing, has great objectives to achieve and needs your help

As part of the Sales team, you will collaborate with the (Key) Account Managers so they can perform their tasks smoothly and can focus on taking care of our clients. You will report directly to our Senior Key Account Manager.

**As Sales Support, you will**:

- Support the Sales team members in all administrative issues related to our clients: contracts, invoicing, payments,
- Support our clients in all administrative issues related to our freelancers: freelance administration, compliance,
- Manage mailboxes and follow-up on different tools used by your sales colleagues and clients
- Prepare clients meeting and if attending, take minutes of the meeting
- Have a focus on one of our key accounts but will help colleagues on other projects when needed.

**Preferred experience**:

- A first experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales administration
- Able to work at a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in **English** with a good knowledge of Dutch or French
- Organised, attention to detail, structured
- Techsavy & proactive team member
- Good communication skills, written and spoken

**Our Recruitment process**:

- First you will meet Arno, Talent Manager Benelux to get to know each other (30 minutes)
- Afterwards an interview with members of the Sales team to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45 minutes)
- Finally, you will meet our Country Manager Malik
