Wij zijn op zoek naar een **Sales support ** om ons dynamische team te versterken. Deze functie vereist iemand met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterke aanleg voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Behandelen van inkomende en uitgaande telefoongesprekken met klanten uit België en Nederland.
- Opstellen en beheren van planningen voor commerciële agenten.
- Samenwerken met het team om prestatiedoelen te behalen en te overtreffen.
- Aanpassen aan nieuwe technieken en processen in een snel veranderende omgeving.
**Profielvereisten**:
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (verplicht) en Frans of Engels voor trainingsdoeleinden.
- Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice, klantrelaties of verkoop is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende communicatieve, organisatorische en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Een proactieve leerling die zich snel kan aanpassen aan nieuwe processen en verantwoordelijkheden.
**Salaris**:
- Basissalaris: €1.700 netto per maand (startbedrag - onderhandelbaar op basis van profiel en ervaring).
- Bonus: Prestatiegerichte incentives (ongeveer €200 - €350 netto per maand).
