Je bent binnen het IT Delivery team verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de functionele analyse in de evolutie van onze consumentendiensten en ons 360 klantenlandschap.**Over Euroconsumers**:

**Je missie**:
In het kader van de ontwikkeling, exploitatie en het onderhoud van IT-toepassingen ben je binnen het IT Delivery team verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de functionele analyse in de evolutie van onze consumentendiensten en ons 360 klantenlandschap. Dit is een belangrijke stap in onze ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). De ontwikkeling gebeurt volgens een agile methodologie.

**Je functie**:

- Met de input van de bedrijfsanalyse initieer je gesprekken met de interne klanten en verzamel je de functionele behoeften van de te ontwikkelen applicatie.
- Je zet de behoeften om in de vorm van user stories, screen prototypes en acceptatiecriteria.
- Je valideert de functionele analyse met de klanten, de business analist, de tester en het ontwikkelteam.
- Je ondersteunt de IT-architect bij de ontwikkeling van de technische analyse.
- Je werkt samen met de tester(s) voor de realisatie van het testplan.
- Je ondersteunt het ontwikkelingsteam tijdens de ontwikkeling van de applicatie.

**Je profiel**:

- Je hebt mínimaal een Bachelor diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Affiniteit met crm-producten, bij voorkeur SalesForce Service Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een overtuigende communicator met sterke actieve luistervaardigheden.
- Je maakt gemakkelijk contact met mensen op verschillende niveaus.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels, Nederlands en/of Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt zeer goede analytische competenties.
- Je bent in staat om een helikopterview te krijgen en kan in details graven wanneer nodig.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en bent goed georganiseerd.
- Je bent een teamspeler; je bent geïnteresseerd in de behoeften van de klanten en staat te popelen om goede oplossingen te bieden.
- Je hebt kennis van UML en hebt ervaring met een case modeling tool.
- Ervaring met agile ontwikkeling is een voordeel.
