Le département de la nouvelle production au sein de la direction des prêts professionnels et hypothécaires est responsable de la réalisation de toutes les nouvelles demandes de prêts, tant pour les prêts professionnels que pour les prêts hypothécaires.
**Description**
- Préparation de lettres d'accord pour les prêts professionnels et hypothécaires ;
- Préparation des actes de crédit à authentifier ;
- Établir toutes sortes de garanties ;
- Rendre les crédits disponibles ;
- Vous maintenez un contact étroit avec le réseau commercial et les offices notariaux afin de garantir un traitement fluide, correct et de qualité des demandes de crédit.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence en économie, finance ou administration et disposez de préférence d'une expérience professionnelle pertinente ;
- Une expérience dans le domaine des crédits est un atout ;
- Excellente connaissance du néerlandais et bonne connaissance du français ;
- Vous travaillez de manière très précise, vous êtes fort en planification et vous êtes orienté vers les résultats ;
- Vous êtes ponctuel dans le respect des procédures ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, êtes dynamique et avez le sens de l'initiative.
