**Functie**
- De doelstelling van de functie is de start en voortgang van een grootschalige bouwprojecten op een zo efficiënt mogelijke wijze te begeleiden.
- Om dit te bereiken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, verwerken en bijhouden van de projectplanning en voortgangsrapportage. Dit stelt je in staat om op ieder moment de voortgang te kunnen geven, wijzigingen aan te tonen en uitleg te kunnen geven omtrent prognoses, omgang en toepassing van de planning in de praktijk.
- Je adviseert het project management team met betrekking tot het oplossen en voorkomen van knelpunten.
- Tijdens de vaste overlegmomenten zorg je voor het opstellen, notuleren en bewaken van de gemaakte afspraken en acties. Daarnaast heb je voldoende informeel overleg met de collega’s van het project team om vinger aan de pols te houden.
- Het verzamelen van relevante informatie die betrekking heeft op de planning.
- Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken aan de projectbeheersvraagstukken van morgen (geïntegreerd projectmanagement, Lean, 4D...).

**Functie-eisen**
- Je koppelt jouw bachelor of master diploma aan een eerste ervaring als project planner binnen de bouw of industrie (vb automotive, chemie, ).
- Je werkt sterk georganiseerd en toont je als vlotte communicator naar de project collega’s (projectleiders, werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders, ).
- Je ziet complexe omgevingen als een uitdaging
- Software: Kennis excel is essentieel; kennis van MS project-Primavera P6, Power BI, TILOS SYNCHRO 4D is een extra troef.
