Brussels | Event and Stakeholder Manager | Telecoms | Temporary mission | 1089056** Your new job** As Event & Stakeholder Manager, you will monitor and map external events and identify relevant events for the brand’s participation. You will update internal stakeholders on a regular basis of upcoming events. Arranging participation/speaking opportunities end-to-end (external and internal liaison and logístical support to speakers. You will also organise the brand’s own events. You will also arrange and manage external stakeholder meetings. You will manage and update databases. You will liaise with organisations the company is member/subscriber of and liaise with external stakeholders’ offices, event organisers etc. You will co-operate with teams across several functions e.g. corporate communications, campaigns. **What you need to succeed** You have the ability to plan ahead and to organise with ownership. You have a positive mindset, even with tight deadlines. You have a good understanding of political and external environment. You are co-operative and ‘can-do’ attitude, enthusiastic about delivering results. You are proactive, willing to experiment and learn fast.
