Restaurant & Events Manager

Located in the heart of the city, **Hotel Indigo Brussels City** is nestled among Brussels’ architectural treasures and vibrant attractions. We are looking for a passionate **Restaurant & Events**Manager** to create memorable experiences in a unique and welcoming setting.

Our F&B outlets include:

- ** SERRA Restaurant & Bar** - a lively, green-inspired venue with a focus on seasonal and local products.
- **2 flexible meeting rooms** (20-40 people) and an **event space for up to 100 guests**, with a strong focus on **creative, community-driven events**.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- ** Management & leadership**: Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team (restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, events).
- **Guest experience**: Ensure a personalized, warm, and high-quality service in line with the Indigo spirit.
- **Operations & standards**: Oversee daily F&B operations while ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- **Performance & financials**: Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and maximize revenues (upselling, F&B yield management).
- **Creativity & concept**: Propose original initiatives to surprise and delight our guests, with a strong focus on local and creative events.
- **Events & banqueting**: Develop and coordinate meetings and events (20-100 guests) in collaboration with the Sales department.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in F&B management (hotel or restaurant).
- A natural leader with a positive and motivating approach.
- Fluent in **French** and **English** (Dutch is a plus).
- Customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
