**Description**:

- Analyzing and documenting functional requirements and business processes.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive functional documentation and mapping documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-tribe teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and understanding of project goals.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in API design, including experience with SOAP XML and REST APIs, and proficiency in creating API Swagger contracts.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.
- Being proactive and taking ownership of their work and deliverables.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Strong knowledge of the payment services, banking, processes, and blockchain.
- Knowledge and experience with API Swagger
- A good French speaking level.
- Proficient in SOAP XML and REST APIs.
- Experience with analysis tools and documentation standards.
- Knowledge of test methodologies and testing tools like Postman and Insomnia.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
