You will receive new complex non-life insurance claims, update the data in the file and take the necessary steps to make informed decisions;You value the damages and assign a technical reserve to the files;You handle incoming correspondence and follow up on agendas and take all necessary actions to...** Description** - You will receive new complex non-life insurance claims, update the data in the file and take the necessary steps to make informed decisions; - You value the damages and assign a technical reserve to the files; - You handle incoming correspondence and follow up on agendas and take all necessary actions to ensure proper management; - You take decisions in order to compensate or not the claimants and to obtain possible refunds; - You follow up on litigation procedures and correspond with the lawyers or correspondents managing the claim in order to defend your employer's interests as best as possible; - You maintain regular contacts with external partners and clients, particularly abroad; - You acquire and maintain your theoretical knowledge. **Profile** - You have a master degree in insurance/law; - You have a working knowledge of French, Dutch and English; - You are organized and rigorous; - You have good writing skills; - Experience in managing "car claims", particularly in managing "foreign" claims is an asset. **Offer** Our client offers you a position in a pleasant working environment close to public transport.
