Om de business unit waaronder het
**residentieel kunstgras** groeit verder te laten groeien in de
**Benelux**, gaan ze op zoek naar een
**Business Development Manager**.
Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de retailkanalen in deze regio.
- Je bent het** aanspreekpunt van de bestaande klanten en bouwt een commerciële relatie uit**:
- **Opvolgen, opleiden en coachen van verkopers** in de winkelpunten
- **Implantatie van de producten** in de winkels
- Je gaat van **prospecten actieve klanten maken**:
- Je houdt** evoluties, opportuniteiten en trends** op de markt in het oog
De verkoopkanalen zijn:
**retail, tuinaannemers en B2C** klanten via e-commerce.
Je rapporteert aan de Sales Director.
**Profiel**
- In het bezit van een bachelor/master
- Eerste ervaring in Sales/Business Development
- Netwerken is jouw tweede natuur
- Nederlands met een zeer goede kennis Frans, Engels is mooi meegenomen
- Commerciële flair
