**Overview**:
Program Manager with 10+ years as Project Manager for software delivery projects and 6+ years in Program Management. Experienced in Agile/Scrum, RFPs, C-level executive interaction, and strategic roadmap creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and evaluate all stakeholders’ needs
- Consolidate stakeholder inputs for scope validation
- Coordinate with relevant boards for scope approval
- Define the project’s staffing needs
- Collaborate with the team to develop the solution strategy
- Develop the project implementation plan
- Validate core project parameters at the final gate
- Monitor and manage the implementation progress
- Take day-to-day ownership of the program, understanding it at all levels (functional, architectural, financial, business process)
- Own the program and ensure meticulous reporting
- Demonstrate and promote company values (PRO'S): Professionalism, Respect, Openness to entrepreneurship, and Sense of collaboration
- Bring your expertise to drive and lead your team

**Must Have Skills**:

- University degree in ICT or electronics, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for Software delivery projects
- At least 6 years of experience in Program Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- End-to-end experience in at least two projects within a 'buy and integrate' model, with experience running several RFPs
- Proven experience with C-level Executives
- Proven expertise in strategic roadmap creation
- Ability to negotiate with various levels within the company, formalize discussions, and ensure final, lasting decisions are reached
- Skilled in Project Management frameworks like PM², PMBOK, SAFe, and Agile, with the ability to tailor the chosen framework as needed
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, with familiarity in DevOps and its underlying architectural and infrastructure components
- Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
