Payroll Officer

We are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join the HR team of an international company in the aviation industry.

**Payroll Officer | Function**:

- Inputting new employee data and updates into the payroll provider's system
- Supporting payroll administration in close collaboration with the Belgian HR team and external payroll providers
- Overseeing payments and declarations for sickness and statutory leave
- Assisting the Belgian HR team with daily employee inquiries and communication related to payroll and benefits
- Providing legislative guidance on absence-related issues
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving legislation

**Payroll Officer | Profile**:

- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good level of English
- Experience with Belgian payroll provider companies
- Proven computer skills including advanced Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
- Flexible work style and ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing work demands
