**What you will do**:

- Structure and organize the project scope in collaboration with the project stakeholders
- Manage the project budget, timelines, and resources allocation
- Build project team and ensure that they are effectively coordinated
- Ensure that project deliverables are compliant with the company’s quality standards and methodology
- Monitor project budget and resource utilisation
- Report on project progress to stakeholders in the context of project scope, budget, timelines, and quality
- Develop Change & Communication Plan for both internal and external stakeholders

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 5 years of project management experience in an agile environment
- Good understanding of technical components in the IT domain and experience managing technical projects
- Experience managing functional projects
- Knowledge of one of the two national languages and of English (knowledge of the second national language is a major asset)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change within the project team
- Strong agile mindset
- Prioritises delivering value to the customer and leading by values
