Project Manager

**Your tasks as Flow/Project manager**:

- Within Telenet we work in an agile/scrum context in which we no longer speak of projects but of initiatives and you are responsible for the progress (flow) of these initiatives.
- You work in the Network & Wholesale department and take care of the end-to-end coordination of the initiatives in an agile/scrum context.
- The Network & Wholesale department is responsible for technologically designing and building open, software-defined telecom networks and managing and growing wholesale partnerships.
- Your main goal is to ensure that these initiatives run within the predetermined timing, according to the defined specifications and within budgeted costs.For this it is important that you are aware of the dependencies of other initiatives within Telenet, the translation of the scope into a roadmap, deliverables, solutions and a planning so that the initiative can be delivered according to the predefined objectives, benefits and with attention to internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate motivate (a) project team(s) of internal/external stakeholders (employees, partners, subcontractors, virtual teams...).
- Define different scenarios and solutions taking into account the constraints, different expectations, opinions and visions within the team and/or teams and align them.
- Follow up on initiatives by using and/or establishing formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes to manage business case, budget management, resourcing or current information.
- Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting to various levels with internal/external stakeholders to manage project progress.
- Perform risk management by proactively identifying, analyzing and responding to risks/evolutions/problems that may arise during the life cycle to ensure the initiative stays on track and objectives are met.
- Identify expectations of internal/external stakeholders, manage change and (potential) conflicts, reconcile conflicting interests and monitor organizational/operational readiness including through timely and accurate communication about the initiative (Stakeholders management).

**Our ideal Flow manager...**:

- Has a master's degree
- Has minimum 5 years of experience within similar position
- Has good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- Has good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and/or Agile and Scrum
- Has strong affinity with technical telecom projects (Core and Access)
- Has pecific knowledge of procedures, tools, techniques and/or laws and regulations related to this role.
- Can act as SPOC in every phase of the initiative and ensure that timely and well-founded decisions are made by the various stakeholders.
- Has excellent (technical-)commercial, influencing and negotiating skills to interact with different stakeholders.
- Is able to use the built up (internal/external) network for the benefit of the specific initiatives and Telenet as a whole.
- Has good communication skills to communicate (proactively) correctly, clearly and timely to the internal/external customer.
- Can work closely together to motivate different teams/stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
- Can act as a sparring partner and sounding board for the team, (external) experts and the various stakeholders.
