We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our Semiconductors Technology platforms.- What you will doAs a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in guiding and managing a technical team specializing in the development of Semiconductor Technologies Platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Project Management: oversee project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
- Technical Guidance: guide the technical team in the design, development, and characterization of devices, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of silicon design platforms and PDKs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Resource Allocation: manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including test engineers, process and integration engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in silicon design and PDK technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Who you are
You are motivated, self-driven and passionate for semiconductors technologies and IC design. You cover most of below qualifications and expertise:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong background in Si Technology development, device design, photonics and characterization.
- Experience in developing and maintaining PDKs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
