Onze projecten zijn verscheiden en gevarieerd en bestrijken domeinen zoals digitalisering, het gebruik van data, de optimalisering van de processen, de invoering van nieuwe technologie zoals artificiële intelligentie en het beheer van ecosystemen

**De job in een notendop**
- Je stuurt de levenscyclus aan van innoverende projecten met een significante impact op onze activiteiten en onze klanten.
- Je wordt belast met het transversaal beheer, de coördinatie en de follow-up van deze projecten om ze tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, werkt heldere statuten uit en je vergewist je ervan dat alle documentatie rond het project relevant en kwalitatief is.
- Je kan prioriteiten bepalen en de stakeholders challengen.
- Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het projectteam en de business.

- Significante ervaring inzake projectbeheer met kennis van relevante methodes en instrumenten.
- Zin voor analyse en synthese, beslissingen kunnen nemen.
- Resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht.
- Pragmatisch en flexibel.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden inzake presentatie en communicatie om de kernboodschappen over te brengen.
- Je kennis op peil houden boezemt je geen angst in.
- Goede kennis van verzekeringen is een troef.
