We love companies that help improve our everyday life (at work) Our client is a Ghent-based SaaS scaleup that makes training and learning instructions more fun and easier to understand. Einstein once said: “_Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler_.” And indeed, with our client’s digital manual platform things are easier understood and as a result tasks are better executed. Their clients (companies such as Volvo and NMBS) can upload videos to create practical how-to guides with text for employees to gather knowledge about their job.

Manual.to is now looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist. Someone that will make sure that Manual.to’s service is communicated well outwards and to the right public. Your job doesn’t come with a manual guide because you’re a creative wizard and you will have the most versatile job in the marketing team.

**However, this is what you will be playing with**:

- Making from an idea, a reality. You have a constant flow of creative ideas for marketing campaigns and are able to then translate them into online communications.
- Creating appealing websites, landing pages, customer stories, blogs and more of that good stuff.
- Organizing events and webinars.
- You document and optimize processes for team alignment and improved efficiency in the commercial team.
- Always being on the lookout for new marketing technologies and onboarding them in the technology stack.
- Supporting business development: defining strategic recommendations and reporting by analyzing data from lead attributions, pipeline metrics, and other BD or marketing programs.

**What makes you special?**
- Minimum 2 years of strong relevant experience.
- Tick tock, your time management is on top
- You are great with words, you can explain the most complex items to various stakeholders.
- You have a writer’s soul and can write clear, meaningful content which will capture someone’s attention.
- You have experience with Canva, Adobe or any other graphical editing software.
- You fluently communicate in Dutch and English.
