Tasks

EMAsphere is looking to reinforce the Marketing Team, a Dutch speaker Field marketing specialist. Your main mission is to work on field marketing activities, insure local activities and develop customer marketing strategy.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Events

Plan and execute the participation & organisation of events.

Coordinate participation in sponsored events.

Organise in-house events (for clients, leads and staff).

Be the hub and master coordinator for all events.

Own the successful execution of the event logistics.

Manage the event specific budget and report out on status of spend.

Manage the operations and engagements with our external suppliers.
- Webinars

Plan the webinars throughout the year.

Organise communication, content and logistics for webinars.

Coordinate with marketing team members for execution.
- OOH

Write and distribute press releases.

Elaboration of marketing material (flyers, presentation, etc.).

Develop OOH visibility.
- Localisation

Assist in adapting contents (study cases, blogs, web pages) for specific markets.

Create client testimonials.
- Customer marketing

Setup specific campaigns for clients.

Prepare a monthly newsletter in collaboration with other departments.

Create social posts for customer marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing
- Experience: A first experience of 2 years is a plus
- Language: You are a Dutch speaker with a very good level of French and a good level of English
- Place to work: Ghent or Louvain-la-Neuve but you are ready to visit the other office. You are open to travelling to events
- Skills:
Excellent project management skills.
