**We are looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this strategic role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to transform complex data into valuable insights, optimize our digital platforms, and strengthen our business strategies.**
**Mission Context**
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on user behavior across Web and Mobile platforms. Your objective will be to provide accurate insights into digital transactions and their business impacts while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in translating these data points into strategic recommendations to refine the bank's digital and marketing initiatives.
**Your Responsibilities**
**Advanced Data Analysis & Insights**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify key trends and correlations.
- Build and maintain advanced data models using SAS and SQL.
- Produce impactful reports and visualizations with Tableau to communicate results to stakeholders.
**Strategic Leadership & Collaboration**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize digital and marketing strategies.
**Data Governance & Quality**
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and governance policies.
- Develop and maintain reliable databases and data warehouses.
**Team Leadership & Development**
- Bring your expertise to a team of digital analysts and take a leading role in critical projects.
- Support the growth of team members by sharing your knowledge and contributing to training initiatives.
**Your Profile**
**Experience & Technical Skills**:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proven expertise in SAS and SQL programming languages.
- Excellent command of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Experience in data governance and digital marketing is a plus.
**Soft Skills**:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Clear communicator, able to articulate complex analyses to various audiences.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
**Languages**:
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
