Together, we shape the evolution. **The Opportunity** You are taking part in the event organisation of Worldline's Innovation & Experience Centre, located in Worldline HQ in La Défense. Our goal is: - To welcome our customers, partners and VIP stakeholders in an immersive and modular space focused on experience, by offering them an onsite & hybrid experience mixing real and virtual worlds - To make Worldline Innovation shine by creating a digital ecosystem around Worldline's portfolio of products & services, based on content available within the Centre and accessible everywhere else (including on tablets) **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Within the "Innovation & Experience Centre" (IEC) team and in collaboration with the marketing / communication / solutions team, as well as Worldline's internal customers, your mission includes 3 major axes: 1/ Operational management of innovation events - You take care of (internal) customer demands - You design workshops including services adapted to their specific business needs - You organize, host, facilitate and coordinate the workshops - You offer feedback interviews to customers in the Worldline green key studio 2/ Management of the IEC back office operations - You globally support the event management team in the end-to-end processes, from booking to surveys, including logistics and process improvement - You support the global planning management of the centre - You coordinate the preparations before the events (eg catering, logistics) 3/ Management of experimental projects - You contribute to the roadmap of evolution of the centre (content, design, services) - You test new innovative experiences with the internal customers - You co-design the new features with the Worldline stakeholders (R&D, product, marcom) and follow up the implementation and progress **Who Are We Looking For** Basic Qualifications - Master Commerce, specialty in project management or international business - Fluent in French - English level B2 minimum - Effective communication, written and oral - Self-reliance and excellent problem-solving skills - Good ability to understand customer needs - Good ability to communicate, multi-task, learn, prioritize and manage time efficiently - Cross-cultural team working - Interest in technology and innovation Qualifications that are a plus: - Experience in the "payment" and/or "financial services" sectors - Knowledge of multimedia event management systems (audio, video, lights) We are looking for an Innovation & Digital Experience Project Manager whose mission will be to lead co-creation workshops with our customers & partners, as well as to coordinate the organization of ad hoc events with all stakeholders within Worldline (marketing, communication, R&D, product managers). **Perks & Benefits** At Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
