**The MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles City Center is looking for a Junior Operations Manager Rooms (f/m/d), who would like to take on responsibility in the operational management of our hotel and create a unique stay for guests.**

**YOUR TASKS**:
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth daily routine
- You are in contact with in
- and external suppliers and are in charge of daily stock and cost control as well as monthly reporting
- You drive implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- You manage the team, coach and develop your team members in close collaboration with your Operations Manager
- You enjoy working in a diverse environment and are flexible to changing working hours such as weekends and weekdays as well as day and night shifts
- You are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guests
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in hotels, hostels and/or a restaurant, including first leadership experience
- You enjoy leading a diverse, motivated team and are an inspiring personality
- You have a keen eye for detail and are always looking for opportunities to improve
- You are solution-oriented and convince with your great commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
- You like to work in a multicultural environment and you enjoy motivating others to achieve something together
- You have a very good command of written and spoken French and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
