**Role & Profile requirements**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Solutions Architect**:
**Profile**
- Strong proficiency in **Java programming with hands-on experience of 10 + years.**:

- Strong proficiency in developing **REST Services**:

- Strong proficiency in developing microservices via **SpringBoot preferably**.
- Profound knowledge of the **CQRS pattern** and its benefits and drawbacks.
- Deep understanding of Event Sourcing, including event-driven architecture, event streams, and event stores.
- Ability to model and design systems that separate read and write operations effectively.
- 2+ years practical experience in the commercial projects with event sourcing and CQRS patterns
- Experience of production grade implementation of Event Sourcing and CQRS pattern
- Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design, as CQRS and Event Sourcing are often used in conjunction with DDD.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying independently scalable services.
- Knowledge of event store databases and technologies (e.g., EventStore, Apache Kafka)
- Proficiency in database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Leadership and mentorship skills, particularly in guiding teams in adopting CQRS/Event Sourcing patterns.
- Knowledge of MongoDB
- In-depth knowledge of data structure and algorithms
- Familiarity with web servers
- Unit testing and mocking framework experience.
- Knowledge of Git, Jira, Jenkins, Nexus, Rancher, Grafana
- Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer (OCPJP) - Plus to have
