**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on microbiological work with a wide range of microorganisms.
- Optimize and design workflows to evaluate food safety and determine the shelf-life of food products.
- Manage multiple industry projects simultaneously, collaborating with partners to address their specific needs.
- Record, analyze, and communicate experimental findings through detailed reports for internal and client use.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement advanced R&D projects that push the boundaries of food safety and sustainability.
- Handle general lab management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing stock.

**Profile**:
**Essential**
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on lab experience in microbiology, with a background in managing and executing multiple projects.
- ** Education**: A scientific degree in food microbiology or a related field.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong technical lab skills, preferably in food microbiology
- The ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Proven organizational skills for managing project data and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptability: Must enjoy working on a variety of tasks and be flexible in taking on new challenges.

**Desirable but not required**
- Experience with working with a wide variety of microorganisms is an added value.
