Functieomschrijving
- Als Head of Accounting werk je samen met een ervaren team van zes gedreven Accountants. Jij stuurt het team aan en structureert problemen zodat ze niet groter worden.
- De Accountants weten van aanpakken en kennen hun vak. Je zal tussen hen in bewegen en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen in de positie is om zijn taken uit te voeren.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle dossiers tijdig af zijn wanneer de CFO deze moet bekijken en koppelt de eventuele opmerkingen op jouw eigen persoonlijke manier terug naar de groep.
- Wanneer nodig neem jij enkele day-to-day taken op jou, maar je houdt vooral het overzicht en bekijkt of alles tijdig en correct wordt afgehandeld door je team.
- Door een recente overname moeten er heel wat rapporteringen gebeuren, je gaat naast het managen van je team ook daar onmiddellijk uit de startblokken kunnen vliegen

- Jij houdt van mensen, van mensen die samenwerken, die hard werken en een team dat op elkaar kan rekenen.
- Als Accountant weet jij je een weg te banen doorheen al de dossiers en als People manager kan jij mensen laten groeien in wat ze goed kunnen. Dat laatste is eens zo belangrijk
- Je bent een vrolijke wind die doorheen het team waait en die goed kan aanvoelen wie welke aanpak nodig heeft.

- De voorwaarden voor een consumentenkrediet aan de klant uitleggen en een financieringsdossier opmaken
Aanbod

- Voor jou zijn er mogelijkheden, afhankelijk van jouw sterktes wordt je focus binnen de job aangepast waar mogelijk.
- Bij de start ben je 5 dagen per week op kantoor in Mechelen zodat je iedereen voldoende kan ondersteunen, na verloop van tijd wordt dit flexibeler en is er mogelijkheid tot 2 dagen thuiswerk.
- Marktconform salaris volgens PC 227 voor de Audiovisuele sector + extra legale voorwaarden.
