We are currently looking for a Transfer Pricer with **at least 3 years** of experience for a family business present in Brussels.

Your responsibilities include aiding in the formulation of effective strategies tailored to clients' economic situations and drawing logical conclusions. Additionally, you will contribute to the provision of timely and responsive transfer pricing and economic services, producing valuable work products.

Your tasks extend to preparing documentation, participating in advance pricing agreements (APAs), and supporting the defense of transfer pricing during audits. Furthermore, you will play a role in devising practical planning solutions.

Consistently delivering high-quality work and actively contributing to the accomplishment of team objectives are key expectations in your role.

**Your tasks**:

- Contact person for tax and legal matters.
- Responsible for defining the price and the tax aspects of the case you will be given.
- You act as the liaison with the tax administration and handle tax disputes.
- Draft legal advice and contracts.
- Tax optimization.
- Develop tax strategies and conduct tax audits.

**Profile we are looking for**:

- You hold a master's degree in law with a specialization in tax law, management, or taxation.
- You could plan to do your ITAA certification, or you are already doing it.
- You feel capable of taking on challenges and providing advice and solutions to your team and clients.
- You have good diction and excellent writing skills.
