**Opportunity**:
Are you a passionate L&D professional with a knack for crafting engaging learning experiences?
We're seeking a talented and results-oriented freelance L&D Specialist to join our HR team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing and organizing an impactful strategic training program.
**Your mission**:
- Develop and organize a company-wide training program with the goal that all staff members are well aware of the company strategy and their contribution to it.
- Design and develop engaging learning programs tailored to diverse learning styles and company needs.
- Build a corporate course catalog.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Realize training needs, choose effective and appropriate learning methods and training partners.
- Source and curate high-quality learning materials (e.g., e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements.
**Your capabilities**:
- Proven track record of designing and developing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and development methodologies.
- Current on the latest trends and best practices in L&D.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizing and facilitation skills.
- You take ownership and juggle multiple tasks with ease and stay organized amidst the action.
- You're a team player with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a multicultural environment.
