**Omschrijving**:
As primiary day-to-day point of contact for our customers, you will provide comprehensive sales support and customer service while liaising with all relevant internal contacts to resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction.

Working closely with Sales Managers, you will provide quotes and assist in setting up contractual matters. Then you will receive and process customer orders, and progress them through the system.
- Drafts pricing and quotes for customers
- Assists Sales Managers with customer contracts
- Processes customer orders and other customer requests related to order fulfilment
- Enters customer complaints into system and follows up internally as needed
- Proactively advises customers regarding backorders and changes to prior agreed schedules
- Provides accurate information with regards to product availability
- Solves problems and conflicts in a calm and methodical manner
- Handles complaints in accordance with internal processes
- Uses various tailored Pentair online tools to register and track internal tasks in compliance with our processes
- Performs other duties as required or assigned

**Profiel**
- fluent in Dutch and English, with good functional knowledge of and French. Other languages are a plus
- proven and proficient customer service and sales management skills
- proven and excellent interactive telephone and teleconferencing skills
- ability to listen empathically to queries and problems; provides sound advice and solutions
- proven problem-solving skills within a moderate range of complexity; proactively identifying alternative corrective measures
- ability to prioritize a diverse and varied workload
- ideally proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
- proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel

- Bruto maandloon: tussen 2.800 en 3.200 EUR + variabel loon 5%

- Thuiswerk mogelijk max 2 dagen/week in overleg af te stemmen met leidinggevende
