**VOTRE MISSION**

En tant que _Change Manager_, vous êtes responsable de la conception, du déploiement, de la mesure, de l’amélioration continue et de la gestion opérationnelle du process ITIL _Change management._ Vos responsabilités couvrent la planification et la coordination de toutes les activités nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du process.

Concrètement, vous êtes en charge de
- définir les objectifs du processus, en lien avec les autres processus transverses
- planifier et gérer les opportunités d’amélioration du processus
- valider l’alignement du processus avec les attentes de différents stakeholders
- définir et suivre la performance du processus via des tableaux de bords et KPI, en participant aux différentes réunions transverses avec les équipes opérationnelles
- coordonner les activités (day-to-day) liées au processus de _change _: validation et analyse des _changes_, justification/communication auprès des équipes, préparation, gestion et suivi du Change Advisory Board (CAB) et des Emergency Change Advisory Board (si nécessaire)
- s'assurer que les équipes du Delivery sont formés/informés des changements sur le process.
- identifier les exceptions, les déviations et les traiter
- s'assurer que les standards (SOP, procédures, etc) sont respectés.

Vous rejoignez l’équipe **Cross Functional Services **chez NRB**. **L'équipe est composée d'une dizaine de personnes. Vous serez coaché et encadré par **Eric Bolly**, votre responsable direct.

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Expérience probante dans une fonction similiaire.
- ** Leadership** inné, **proactif**, team-player, écoute active, orienté **client**, réelle capacité d’**analyse**, excellent **communicateur**:

- Maîtrise des processus et bonnes pratiques en matière de services IT
- Aptitude à analyser un « reporting » et structuré et efficace
- Apprécie de travailler de manière autonome sur sa zone de responsabilité et d’occuper un rôle central et transversal
- Vous êtes certifié ITIL
- Vous avez un niveau opérationnel en **français et** **en anglais**
