Binnen het team Operationele Permanente Controle heeft de OPC-manager als voornaamste taak de verschillende opdrachten van het OPC uit te voeren voor de gebieden die onder zijn bevoegdheid vallen:de operationele risico's in de processen in kaart te brengen en te beoordelen ("risico - en... **Beschrijving** Binnen het team Operationele Permanente Controle heeft de OPC-manager als voornaamste taak de verschillende opdrachten van het OPC uit te voeren voor de gebieden die onder zijn bevoegdheid vallen: - de operationele risico's in de processen in kaart te brengen en te beoordelen ("risico - en controlebeoordeling"); - Het verstrekken van advies dat onder meer kan worden gevraagd in het kader van de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product, de aanpassing van een bestaand proces, de vereenvoudiging of afschaffing van een controle, de digitalisering of automatisering van een proces, enz; - Analyseren van de oorzaak van grote incidenten en bespreken van een structurele oplossing om herhaling van het incident te voorkomen; - Sturen van het acceptatieproces van nieuwe producten of diensten binnen het comité en adviseren over operationele risico's; - De aanbevelingen van de Algemene Inspectie of andere Groeps(Risico)Functies opvolgen; - Bijdragen aan het Comité voor interne controle; - Uitvoeren van controles; - Voer zo nodig steekproeven uit. **Profile** - U hebt een Bachelor - of Masterdiploma met een financiële oriëntatie; - Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in een permanente controle functie; - Je spreekt vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en Engels; - U bent veelzijdig (flexibele teamspeler) en hebt zin voor initiatief en kunt zelfstandig werken; - U hebt een goed analytisch vermogen en kunt uit een veelheid van informatie een centrale boodschap distilleren; - U toont uw vermogen aan om procesverbeteringen te initiëren of door te voeren (controles, automatisering, vereenvoudiging, standaardisering en kwaliteitsverbetering); - U beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) met uiteenlopende mensen en in presentaties; - U bent in staat om cross-functionele teams te beïnvloeden zonder formele autoriteit te hebben.
