**Introduction**

Are you passionate about cars, innovation, and sustainable mobility? BYD is looking for a Sales Advisor for our showroom in Antwerp. In this role, you are the key point of contact for our customers and guide them through the entire purchasing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new customers and commercial opportunities
- Inform and advise potential buyers with a personal approach, focusing on customer satisfaction
- Organize and supervise test drives
- Follow up with interested customers and build strong relationships
- Represent BYD as a brand ambassador in the showroom, at events, and on social media
- Prepare vehicle deliveries and assist with handovers in collaboration with the product engineer
- Accurately handle administrative tasks related to the sales process

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interest in the automotive sector, especially electric vehicles
- Results-driven, motivated, and always looking for new commercial opportunities
- You love a personal approach to customer service and are a natural advisor
- Experience in sales is a strong asset
- You present yourself in a polished and professional manner
- Hands-on, stress-resistant, and good at setting priorities
- Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English, and basic knowledge of French
