As a Product Genius at BYD Wijnegem, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering solid product knowledge to drive car sales.

You will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Customer-focused communication:_
- Welcome customers to the showroom and offer a friendly and professional approach.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and provide information on the different models and features of BYD cars.
- Answer customer questions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide support during the decision-making process.
- Product knowledge:_
- Master comprehensive knowledge about all BYD models, including technical specifications, features and benefits.
- Stay abreast of new developments in the automotive industry and BYD product line.
- Translate technical information into understandable language for customers of different backgrounds and levels of automotive knowledge.
- Showroom management:_
- Provide an attractive and organised showroom environment.
- Present cars in an attractive manner and ensure all information and marketing materials are up-to-date.
- Maintain regular contact with the sales and marketing team to coordinate any changes in showroom layout or promotions.
- Supply and delivery:_
- Coordinate the delivery of new cars to customers.
- Accompany customers in getting to know their new car and provide explanations on the various features and controls.
- Ensure a seamless delivery experience and answer any customer questions or concerns.
- _Support the sales team:_
- Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify upsell opportunities and refer customers to the sales team for further discussion.
- Take initiative to approach potential customers and participate in marketing and sales activities.

**Required qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Extensive knowledge of automobiles and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
