En tant que Site Leader, vous veillez à la sécurité de vos chantiers, vous gérez les imprévus, représentez l’image de marque de l’entreprise,

- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de projets, de budgets, de contrats,
- Vous faites les préparations de chantiers (planning, ressources, méthodes de travail, matériel, ) ainsi que leurs suivis (avancements, délais, livraisons, )
- Vous êtes très attentif au respect des normes, de la sécurité, de l’hygiène et de l’environnement
- Vous gérez les imprévus et trouvez les solutions adéquates
- Vous êtes responsable de l’équipe et collaborez avec le conducteur de travaux, vous faites les plannings et veillez à la formation des nouvelles personnes
- Vous vous portez garant de la qualité des chantiers lors de leur réception

- Vous disposez d’un Bachelier en tant qu’ingénieur industriel/civil dans un secteur technique (ELM, mécanique, électricité, construction, )
- Vous êtes bilingue NL/FR ou FR/NL
- Vous pouvez idéalement justifier d’une expérience réussie à ce type de poste
- Vous avez une bonne communication générale et vous intégrez parfaitement à une équipe de techniciens et d’ouvriers
- Vous avez un bon leadership, vous aimez porter votre équipe et la motiver au quotidien
- Vous êtes une personne flexible, aussi bien au niveau des horaires que de la mobilité
