Heads&Hunters is actively looking for a **Brand manager** for one of its** FMCG** clients representing a large panel of excellent consumer brands

The Group’s ambition is to be the leader in its various markets thanks to the power of its brands, the most international in the sector.

Within the marketing & Innovation Team, you will** contribute to the definition of brands innovation strategy **for the Belux and be **in charge of the full development of key projects**, in order to generate additional volumes, turnover and margin.

**_Your main responsibilities:_**
- **Define the media and digital strategy **for the Brand in collaboration with the Media Manager.
- Lead the collection of digital data to feed **global analysis and select the local digital targets.**:

- Understand the market and consumers to** define fact-based recommendations, objectives and Strategies** for the Brands.
- Recommend and put in place the necessary marketing activities based on data’s to develop the market share of the Brand.** Contribute to the definition of business objectives.**:

- Owner of the A&P (budget),** define the best allocation of spending’s **(ROI) to achieve the business objectives. **Elaborate and control the budget **dedicated to brand promotion.
- Ensure** content marketing.**:

- From KPIs reporting,** identify activation planning adaptation.**:

- Define with the Marketing Manager the **annual marketing plan for the brands and lead the perfect execution of the activities.**:

- Assure the perfect **launch** (mix marketing) of the** innovation** and participate in the long term innovation **strategy.**:

- Assure clear** briefing of partners** for above and below activities.
- **Challenge agencies** and** lead **cross agency team **meetings for campaign roll out.**:

- Identify and implement disruptive** activation and local partnership.**:

- Define the **touchpoint mix,** the** campaigns **(messages, orchestration,) and the** activation feasibility.**:

- Ensure the fit between always-on social media conversation and the activations.
- **Data analysis**: analyzed and identified reasons and causes of the project results, benchmark, P&L identification and explanation.

**_ Your profile:_**
- At least **5 years of relevant professional experience** within complex and international organizations (preferably FMCG), in **trends definition, target identification, content localization, activation definition **and in **Digital Marketing.**:

- Fluent in **English, French**, and** Dutch** is a strong asset.
- Business & marketing skills.
- Expertise in touchpoint’s requirements, potential ROI and targeting.
- Ability to lead brief development and develop visual assets.
- Ability to **build omnichannel activations.**:

- Ability to process** large amounts of data **inc. financial data.
- Familiar with panel analysis (Nielsen, GFK).
- Ability to **manage stakeholders** across entities and functions.
- **Entrepreneurial spirit** and **team player.**:

- **Creative** and **open-minded**.
- Able to **grow and adapt** in a fast-paced environment. Dares to question, adapt or stop ongoing projects to remain customer-focused.
- Able to to** manage priorities.**:

- **Be able to make decisions in a complex environment** without having all the information.
- Dare to** innovate.**
