PURPOSE

To contribute on the implementation of Category Management process and to manage the Below The Line costs management flow

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Raises marketing purchase orders and manages the administration flow of local marketing costs
- Controls that Below The Line purchase orders and invoices match
- Liaises with Accounting Dept to solve issues related to Below The Line costs administration process
- Constantly monitors reference budget and highlights any discrepancy
- Supports the Category Manager in the implementation of all operational activities (Point Of Sales material, trade stories, tailor-made promotions )
- Deals with reference suppliers for the implementation of operational Below The Line activities
- Supports the Category Managers and the Line Manager in managing relationship with stakeholders
- Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture
- Applies Company Principles and Values

- Analytical skills
- Experience in FMCG & Trade Marketing, experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Precise, results driven
- Creative to resolve problems
- Ability to communicate cross functions
- financial (P&L) understanding
- Mastery of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor or master level, ideally marketing oriented
- Languages : fluent in Dutch/ good FR and ENG
