Le Contexte : Pour un leader de l'industrie Biopharmaceutique, je recherche un Global Category Manager Senior pour prendre le lead immédiat sur la catégorie Transport & Distribution. Ce n'est pas un rôle de coordinateur logistique. C'est une mission de Sourcing Stratégique et de Gestion Contractuelle.Vos Responsabilités Clés :Stratégie & Exécution : Gérer les RFPs et la stratégie de sourcing pour le Transport (Primary & Secondary distribution).Contract Management (Critique) : Négocier et rédiger les Master Agreements (MSA). Vous devez maîtriser le "Legal wording" en anglais.Scope : Gestion des flux globaux (Inter-company) et de la distribution locale (In-country).Outils : Utilisation quotidienne de SAP Ariba et Globality. Le Profil "Must Have" :Seniority : 8+ ans d'expérience Achats (Logistique/Transport).Expertise : Expérience avérée en Secondary Distribution. Le "Cold Chain" est un gros plus.Disponibilité : Full Time (5 jours/semaine) obligatoire. Pas de 4/5ème.Présence : Démarrage avec forte présence sur site (Braine-l'Alleud) pour l'intégration, puis Hybride (40-60%).Langues : Anglais (Négo) & Français (Intégration équipe) indispensables.
