Jouw takenpakket:

- Je beheert je eigen **Franstalige klantenportefeuille **en zorgt ervoor dat alle **openstaande facturen** correct betaald worden;
- Snelle opvolging van het klantenbestand;
- Je **communiceert vlot** niet enkel met de klanten maar ook met andere stakeholders, zoals ook andere interne diensten;
- Je bent in **contact met het incassobureau **en volgt de lopende juridische procedures op;
- Optimalisatie van het huidige credit & collections proces.

**Requirements**:

- Je hebt minstens een** eerste ervaring **in credit controlling;
- **Franstalig** met een goede kennis van het **Nederlands **en **Engels**;
- Je bent **klantgericht** en zoekt graag naar oplossingen. Complexere dossiers schrikken je niet af;
- **Proactief **meedenken met het team;
- Je durft **initiatief **te nemen en pakt uitdagingen aan met de juiste mindset.
