**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- **Networking**: Actively developing and maintaining a network of talented consultants and existing or potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment/consultancy needs are met with exceptional service.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration**: with our exceptional marketing and HR teams to develop employer branding strategies and impactful recruitment campaigns.
