**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Senior Researcher plays a critical role in leading and executing strategic design research projects across diverse industries. As part of the Experience Strategy team, this position combines expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research to inform, inspire, and validate impactful user-centred products and services. With a focus on mixed-methods research, this role bridges insights from various data streams to drive meaningful innovations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and conduct research using a range of methods such as ethnography, usability testing, and analytics.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate user-centred perspectives into design processes.
- Lead validation efforts for concepts, prototypes, and live products.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the advancement of research practices.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Advocate for responsible and inclusive design practices within the team and organisation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- End-to-end digital product experience, from initial research and concept development through to testing, iteration & feedback measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate findings into actionable insights for business impact.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present research findings effectively.
- Strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiative.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related disciplines preferred.
- Multilingual capabilities (French or Dutch) are an advantage.

**Language Requirements**

For hiring in Netherlands: Fluent in English and Dutch.

For hiring in Belgium: Fluent in English and French.
