- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and define test scenarios.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and usability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices, processes, and tools.
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, results, and quality metrics. Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, or similar).
- Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalents.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills
