**We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Administrator (NAD) to ensure the seamless operation of our telecommunications and IT infrastructure. This role is critical to meeting our organization’s communication needs by guaranteeing the performance, security, and reliability of our network systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and maintain network components to support efficient communication.
- Investigate, diagnose, and effectively resolve network issues.
- Ensure communication performance, recovery, and security align with service agreement standards.
- Use network management tools to analyze network load and generate performance statistics.
- Monitor traffic to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Install, upgrade, and test network components and monitoring solutions.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- Proficiency in network administration, including WAN, LAN/WLAN, and VLAN configurations.
- Expertise in network security, VPN implementation, and encryption techniques.
- Hands-on experience with network devices and services such as routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and cryptographic communication devices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
**Technical Certifications (preferred)**:
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCDE/CCIE, CCAr).
**Certifications from F5 Networks**:
- BIG-IP Certified Administrator
- BIG-IP LTM Specialist: Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- BIG-IP LTM Specialist: Architect, Setup, Deploy
- Network security certifications, such as SANS-related credentials.

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
- ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
