Als **Finance Manager** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële reilen en zeilen van de organisatie. Jij bent de schakel tussen cijfers en beslissingen, en jouw inzichten vormen de basis voor duurzaam succes.

**Taken**:
In deze **sleutelrol** krijg je een **breed en boeiend takenpakket** waarin je jouw expertise ten volle benut:

- Opstellen van** budgetten**, forecasts en strategische plannen.
- Verzorgen van accurate** financiële rapporten** voor management en stakeholders.
- Bewaken van** liquiditeit** en optimaliseren van uitgaven.
- Naleving van** wet
- en regelgeving**, interne controles en **auditprocessen**.
- ** Identificeren van risico’s en kansen** en onderbouwd advies geven.
- ** Aansturen, coachen en motiveren** van het financiële team.
- Doorvoeren van** verbeteringen** en begeleiden van veranderingstrajecten.
- Naleving van** kwaliteitsnormen** en certificeringsvereisten.
- Duiden van financiële inzichten en **rapportering**aan het management o.a. de CFO in de UK.

**Profiel**:
**Must haves**:

- ** Bachelor of master** in financiën, economie, accountancy of gelijkaardig.
- Minstens** enkele jaren relevante ervaring** in een leidinggevende financiële functie.
- Diepgaande kennis van **financiële regelgeving en rapportering**.
- Sterke **analytische vaardigheden** en ervaring met **financiële software** (incl. Excel).
- Teamspeler met uitstekende **communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden**.
- Vloeiend in **Nederlands en Frans**.

**Nice to haves**:

- Ervaring met veranderingsprocessen of optimalisatieprojecten.
- Ervaring in een internationale omgeving.
