SPA has an immediate need for two BMC Remedy ITSM Developer (Subject Matter Expert) to provide contracting services to NATO
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement IT Service Management system(s) based on agreed technical requirements, and in coherence with the system design and architecture;
- Work with the relevant parties to ensure the IT Service Management systems are configured and aligned to the agreed ITIL based processes and business requirements;
- Develop Build and Configuration documentation of the ITSM system(s) and provide support in the development of Testing and Training documentation;
- Please note that these roles are to be performed as follows: 30% at Mons, 30% at The Hague and 40% work from home
Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years recent experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite development (version 9.1 and higher).
- Extensive experience configuring and customising the Remedy ITSM suite to align to an organisation's business processes based on the below ITIL processes:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Request Fulfilment
- Change Management
- Configuration Management
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Remedy Atrium CMDB; loading foundation data, & Configuration Items and integrating other data sources i.e. MS SCCM
- Experience configuring Approval Center and approval chains;
- Experience in deploying and configuring/customising Remedy with Smart IT;
- Experience in deploying and configuring/customising Digital Workplace Advanced;
- Experience building custom reports in Remedy Smart Reporting;
- National from one of the 30 NATO Nations
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
**Desired Qualifications**:
- BMC Certified Professional qualification
- ITIL 2011 Foundation certificate
