**Description de la fonction
**To reinforce our sales team based in Brussels, we are looking for a:
**Sales Coordinator**

Your mission:

- The Sales Coordinator manages the relationships between the clients and Galactic. She/He coordinates different departments in collaboration with the Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
- He/She takes the lead on the relationship with the clients for the transactions, making sure that the business runs smooth for the delight of our customers
- The Sales Coordinator is the kingpin of Galactic Sales team, he/she is in constant link between Galactic and our clients, working at all steps of Galactic transaction process in his/her markets.
- She/He is responsible for the sales objectives achieved in his/her area.
- She/He contacts regularly the clients to obtain the orders according to the forecast. She/He advises in case of deviation and take the appropriate actions.

**Your profile:

- You are a service-oriented, client service and salesperson
- You are familiar with logistics and transportation?
- You have very good organization skills.
- You are familiar with the use of ERP and CRM software
- You are interested in developing activities using social network like LinkedIn. Development of the sales relationships through videoconferences.
- You are a team player
- You are a problem solver

Language skills:

- Fluent in German, English and a good understanding of French
- Knowledge and interest of other European languages is certainly an advantage to flourish in our multicultural team
