**Functie omschrijving**:
- Coördineren van opleidingen en het aanmaken van het dag-, jaar en verlofplanning van de instructeurs
- Het onderhoud en de keuringen van het machines en opleidingsmaterialen inplannen en opvolgen
- Prijsoffertes opstellen voor opleidingsaanvragen
- Het naleven van de wettelijke verplichtingen zoals de veiligheid, nieuwe technieken, regelgeving,... bewaken
- Lesprogramma's bedenken, uitwerken en opvolgen
- Een team van instructeurs aansturen (hun taken opvolgen, de manier van lesgeven en de inhoud van de lessen)
**Functie eisen**:
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in bezit hebben
- Het liefst heb je technische kennis en ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
- MS Office heeft geen geheimen voor je
- Je hebt communicatieve talenten (zowel gesproken als geschreven)
- Werken met flexibele werkuren/shiften is geen probleem voor je
- Analytisch, zelfstandig en hands-on zijn enkele van jouw kwaliteiten
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt een verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid
