Als Administratief logistiek bediende ondersteun je het operationele team en sta je in voor een afwisselend takenpakket:

- Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling van alle formaliteiten in het kader van import en export. Dit in nauwe samenwerking met de planners
- Je staat in voor het dossierbeheer en de correctheid van de verstrekte gegevens, douanecode en -tarieven
- Je staat in nauw contact met de collega’s op de terminal, de customs operations analysts en klanten
- Je onderhoudt contacten met verschillende overheidsinstanties o.a. douane, FAVV, OVAM en FOD Volksgezondheid
- Je rapporteert aan de terminal manager
- Je beschikt over een diploma in office management of expeditie of **gelijkwaardig door ervaring**:

- Je beheerst het **Nederlands** mondeling en schriftelijk en je kan mondeling communiceren in het **Engels**:

- Je gaat nauwkeurig te werk en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
- **Ervaring met douane, accijnzen of logistiek is een groot pluspunt**
