**A Day in the Life**:Your role is to increase the market share of Medtronic Sacral Neuromodulation Products in the allocated region and develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Focusing on strong commercial awareness and strategic plans. Pelvic Health is one of the fastest growing sectors in the medical device industry and one of the top performing Operating Units at Medtronic. This role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, an interest in supporting patients and bringing strategies in action. In this position you will cover a region in Belgium and collaborate with an experienced and professional team.

You will cooperate closely with colleagues from the Netherlands and in a lesser extend throughout Western Europe. You will report to the Sales Manager Belgium and Netherlands.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Providing service, support and training and promotes and sells Medtronic products and services from the pelvic health operating unit within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and other hospital staff
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from the pelvic health products and/or services
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree or similar health care qualification
- Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system
- More than 5 years’ industry experience in a sales and/or technical and/or clinical supportive role. Demonstrate ability to reduce barriers to therapy treatment to achieve business objectives
- Multiple stakeholder & project management skills as well as ability to influence across functions, businesses and systems
- Ability to travel widely within your region. Languages Dutch, English and France
