**Wat doet ACE Development & Engineering?**
Onze klant ACE development & engineering speelt een cruciale rol als innovatieve partner bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe machines, constructies, systemen en producten.
Ze brengen multidisciplinaire expertise samen en werken nauw samen met geselecteerde partners om dit mogelijk te maken. Met een team van ingenieurs die een inventieve benadering hanteren en gebruikmaken van marktgerichte expertise, streven ze naar geïntegreerde oplossingen.
**Wat moet je doen?**
Als jobstudent Recruitment Manager bij ACE Development & Engineering zou je helpen bij de ondersteuning van het recruitment departement onder leiding van de HR-manager.
Enkele taken die je kan verwachten:
- Een divers pakket aan HR-gerelateerde taken
- Administratieve taken
- Ondersteunen bij het opstarten van nieuwe recruitmentcampagnes
**Jouw profiel en vereisten?**
- Je kan 1,5-2 dagen per week werken tijdens het academiejaar en als de opstart goed is verlopen kan er deels remote gewerkt worden
- Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels (vloeiend), Frans of andere talen zijn een plus
- Je bent communicatief en sociaal heel vaardig
- Je hebt affiniteit met techniek
- Je hebt een commerciële mindset
**Wat krijg je in de plaats?**
- Je start met een loon van 12,68 EUR/uur en kan op termijn 2x promotie maken en een loonsverhoging krijgen
- Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om met je kennis te experimenteren
- Directe begeleiding en on-the-job coaching
