Vandaag zoeken wij voor een steeds groeiende speler binnen de automotive, een
**Operations Manager op kaderniveau**. Ben jij een logistiek multitalent?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je zal fungeren als **netwerk manager & operations manager** voor alle activiteiten die te maken hebben met de nachtdistributie.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de **warehouse supervisors (dagploeg en nachtploeg) en met de heftruckchauffeurs **in het magazijn d.m.v. overlegmomenten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de **planners**, volgt de **productie** van de wagens (+- 40 tal) op en **stuurt** bij waar nodig.
- Je gaat in directe lijn de operaties aansturen, zowel **inbound als outbound.**:

- Je gaat mee instaan voor **commerciële activiteiten d.m.v. netwerking**.
- Je staat dicht bij de mensen op de **vloer** en houdt nauwe **contacten** met de chauffeurs.
- Je bekijkt **initiatieven** om **productiviteit** te waarborgen en bij te sturen en zoekt naar **optimalisatie** van processen en performantie in samenspraak en overleg met de betrokkenen.
- Je bewaakt samen met de warehouse supervisors de **kwaliteit** van de **logistieke** **processen** en zorgt voor **veiligheid** in de loods.
- Je draagt **kwaliteit** hoog in het vaandel en voert een **beleid** doorheen de organisatie dat dit ook uitstraalt.
- Je zorgt voor een goede en open **sfeer** tussen alle **afdelingen**.
- Je staat ook in voor **P&L **(financiën voorbereiden en investeringen bekijken).

**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:

- Je zal **overdag werken**, maar bent ook bereid om één avond in de week te komen werken en dit tot** 1 uur s'nachts**. De dag nadien heb je de **mogelijkheid om van thuis uit **te werken.
- Je hebt ervaring in het **logistiek distributiegegeven**, met focus op transport en planning.
- Je bent **idealiter een transportmanager** dan een warehouse manager.
- Je hebt een gedegen kennis van **Nederlands en Frans.** Engels is een plus
- Je bent **gedreven **en hebt een no-nonsense attitude.
- Je bent **flexibel en stressbestendig** en je stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
